To make your shopping experience secure and easy, we offer the following methods of payment:

• Prepayment

1. Credit Card

You can use the following credit cards to make purchases at our online store:

For credit card purchases, please have your 16 digit credit card number ready as well as the expiration date and the CVV/CVC security code. The CVV/CVC is the last 3 digits in the signature strip on the back of your VISA or MasterCard. For American Express, it is the four digit number on the front of your card.

Your credit card info will always be processed promptly with secure SSL-encryption technology.

In order to make your credit card payment even more secure, we also use the internationally certified security standards “Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard® SecureCode™”, known as 3D Secure for short. 3D Secure makes it harder for unauthorized third parties to access credit card information and thus significantly reduces the risk of credit card fraud with online credit card payments.

After completing your transaction, you will receive a confirmation email from both our credit card processing company and from our online shop.

Your order will then be processed immediately and prepared for shipment.

2. Online Bank Transfer (Sofortüberweisung)

The online bank transfer service is an easy-to-use direct deposit that adheres to the high security standards of online banking and is regularly tested by German inspection authorities (TÜV). With the online bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung) you can make an easy payment directly from your bank account.

You just need the following:

• a bank account set up with online banking options
• your account number (IBAN, etc.) and bank routing number (BIC, etc.)
• your online banking PIN (Personal Identification Number) and a valid TAN (transaction number)
• any other information that your bank might require for online banking transactions

As soon as you submit your order, a secure payment form from the Sofortüberweisung service will open up. Fill it out as required and double check your information. Once you submit the form, your payment will be immediately deposited to our account in real time. This allows us to process your order quickly and ship it to you right away.

3. Prepayment

You can also make an advanced payment on your order. For this option, please transfer the total payment amount for your order to the bank account below within 7 calendar days. During this period, we will reserve the products you ordered in our shipping department. Once we have successfully received the payment, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will prepare your order for shipment.

If the payment does not reach us with 7 calendar days, we will send you a reminder email. Please help us to make the payment and shipping process as easy and efficient as possible by making individual payments for each order. Also double check that you have provided the correct order number in the payment reference line. You can find your order number in the confirmation email.
